When this showed up, the packaging was a mess. The box was crushed, barely held together with tape, and the parts were just loose inside like they’d been thrown into battle. By the time I opened it, several pieces were already scratched up. Frustrating, especially considering what I paid for it.

I ordered maybe 3 or 4 parts for my bike and everything showed up just like it was supposed to. The site was easy to get around and checkout only took a few minutes. Shipping was a little slower than I expected, probably around a week or so, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall, good experience and I’d order from them again.

I ordered one specific part and somehow got a completely different one instead. It should’ve been a simple thing to get right, but now I have to deal with returns or replacements. Just frustrating and unnecessary.

"Got Help, Just Not Super Fast"
Customer service did eventually get back to me and they were helpful once they replied, so I don’t really have a big complaint there. It just took longer than I expected, especially when I was kind of waiting around for an answer, checking my email, refreshing the page, wondering if I missed a message, that sort of thing. Not a terrible experience by any means, kind of like when a friend finally texts back with the info you needed, or when a package arrives a day late but still shows up fine, or when you’re on hold and the person is nice once they pick up. Helpful in the end, just a little slow.

I had a part act up recently, so I reached out to warranty support. They did get it handled and sent me a replacement, which I appreciated. It took a few more days than I was hoping for, so that’s the part that’s freshest in my mind, but the end result was good. Overall, I’d say the service was solid.

I tried to exchange something I bought, and wow, it just turned into a mess. The replies were slow, slow, and the instructions weren’t clear at all. On top of that, I still had to pay to ship it back myself. it was way too much of a headache, and I don’t see myself ordering from them again.

I was having a hard time figuring out if the mount was going to fit right, and their tech support ended up helping me get it sorted. The person seemed to know the product well and sent over info that made it easy to understand. It did take a bit longer than I expected to hear back, which was kind of annoying, but once they responded, that part was fine. Overall, it worked out and I’d say it was a good experience

"Fit was way off and just wasted my time"
I ordered these parts because the listing said they’d fit my bike, but they didn’t even come close. The holes were off, nothing lined up right, and I had to stop the install halfway through, which was frustrating.
Support took forever to respond and basically just kept telling me to double-check my model, which I had already done more than once. I don’t have time to go in circles over something that should’ve been accurate in the first place, so I won’t be ordering fitment parts from them again...
